Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Just watched that movie on DVD. I would have to say it was one of the most intense comedies I have ever experienced. Jim Carrey put in an incredible performance. The temporal shifts were challenging, but not impossible to follow. The script definitely raises some intriguing questions about relationships and moral obligations vs. technological capability. As Shrek might say, it had layers.
Meanwhile, my not quite spotless mind has been pondering the letter p from a food perspective.
P foods have long been favorites of mine. Perfectly provisioned.
Peanuts - salted, in the shell.
Pizza - a perfect food, even with anchovies
Popcorn - I cant seem to resist that large bag @ the movies
Pecan pie - lets take some carbohydrates and fat and a little protein, and add some whipped cream
Prosciutto, roasted red Peppers and mozarella, with garlic, olive oil and basil - hands down, the most delicious hoagie (sub, hero, poorboy, etc) known to man
Pretzels - especially soft, with mustard
Peanut butter & jelly - another perfect combination
Pastrami - on rye, with mustard, hold the mayo
Pickles - garlic dill or new, all delicious
PBuffalo Wings (the p is silent) - just wanted them on the list
PMountain Dew - ditto
Porter beer, Yuengling - in my world, this is food.
Some food for thought.
Gosh, what if we couldnt remember what foods we liked?
